LAKE COUNTY, Fl. — Saga Infrastructure Solutions today announced it is expanding its network of regional civil contracting companies with the acquisition of Foshee Construction, a leading utility and excavation contractor based in Minneola, Fl.

The acquisition supports Saga’s goals of acquiring and supporting regional civil construction companies, empowering them to operate independently while benefiting from the resources of a larger network.

Foshee Construction owners, Kevin and Cindi Foshee, are actively assisting in the transition and will continue to lead the Foshee team through the end of the year.

Over the years, Foshee Construction has grown into a successful civil construction company in Florida, serving Lake County and the surrounding counties. It is known for its expertise in providing a wide range of site development and underground utility services.

When it came time to retire, Kevin and Cindi Foshee wanted their business to continue and sought to hand it over to capable hands. After partnering with Saga, they secured a deal that protected their employees and ensured their business would continue to thrive.

As part of this strategy, Foshee Construction will continue to operate under its current name, and no layoffs are being considered at this time. While the core of Foshee Construction will remain intact, Saga will improve its technology to enhance operational efficiencies.
