The Vue is a multifamily complex consisting of clearing/grubbing, earthwork, export fill, potable water systems, sanitary sewer systems, lift station, force main, storm sewers, reclaim water systems, retaining walls, stabilized roads, limerock base, asphalt paving, curbing, striping and signage, sidewalks, roof drains/secondary drainage systems, amenity grading (clubhouse & pool), Class V Fire protection and Fire Department Connections. This project also had offsite improvements such as directional bore, and county road improvements.
